Representing Wild Woods at 14,000 feet

What am I doing on the top of a mountain when we are getting ready to open a brewery soon?  Well…waiting on our brewing tanks to be delivered in a couple weeks, and enjoying being on top of a mountain while we still can! (Not to mention sporting the new logo)

In the meantime, we have received all needed licensing, the tasting room is nearing completion, and kegs/merch are on the way!

Camping and hiking is where my head can literally be above the clouds, and is clear to think of new beer recipe ideas.  I am able to open all my senses and think of ways to translate the total nature experience into beer.  There also isn’t a better reward after after hiking a hard mountain than a thirst quenching pint of craft beer.  So we might be able to climb a few more mountains and sleep a few more nights under the stars before the brewing begins and we open later this summer.  This will only help inspire even more creative beers.  Can’t wait to share them with you all!
