Jake and Erin Evans are brewery owners. Jake’s background is in electrical engineering and Erin’s is in nursing. They both grew up in Wisconsin and share a love not only for craft beer, but for the outdoors. They have hiked and camped their whole lives, and conceived this idea of nature infused beer while sitting around a campfire in Crested Butte, Colorado. They have lived in Boulder for 5 years now and when they aren’t hiking in the mountains, they have been perfecting these recipes on an all-grain professional brewing system in their basement.
Charlie and Kristen Rilling are family and part owners of the business, share similar passions, and have helped bring this concept to life. You will meet them pouring beers in our taproom.
